HD-DB-10 is double-component rigid PU foam systems specially designed for pipe insulation by injection method with machines or hands. B-component is modified polyisocyanate(MDI), while A-component is made up of polyalcohol, blowing agent,catalyst and stabiliser,etc. The systems is featuring of wide technique scope and uses, and applying to the production of pipe insulation and mini cold room panels. It has two kinds of brands.
* HD-DB-10H, applied to the medium/small sized pipe insulation by handy injection, one-step method and pipe-in-pipe technique.
* HD-DB-10M, applied to the small cold room panel by handy injection method and the large sized pipe insulation by handy injection, one-step method, pipe-in-pipe technique.
