HD-HR-8610TM is double-component system specially designed for manufacturing high resilience cold cure moulding PU products. B-component is the mix of TDI and MDI, while A-component is made up of polyether polyalcohol,blowing agent, catalyst and stabiliser,etc. The systems has three kinds of brands.
* HD-HR8610TMH is applied to products with higher hardness requirement, such as motor and bicycle saddles, train seats and automobile seats and headrests.
* HD-HR8610TMM is applied to products with medium hardness, such as automobile seats, furniture chairs,etc.
* HD-HR8610TML is applied to products with low density and hardness, such as automobile seat backrests, sofa backrests,etc.
